Women to blame for gridlock

I just want to record it somewhere:
Today (Thursday Dec 7th) was the day that Charlie McCreevy expressed his
opinion on national radio that women are to blame for gridlock because
there are now too many of them out on the roads. I don't remember his
exact words,  - if anyone has a recording, please mail me.

For those who can see the more subtle significance, he later said in
relation to social welfare payments, - I supply the money for these
things, my colleague works out the details. 
This with some stress on the 'I'.
